Tamara earned her law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, specializing in Civil Procedure Law. At FKNK, her service areas include civil and criminal litigation, debt restructuring and insolvency, general corporate matters, and dispute resolution. She has played a key role in providing valuable legal support across various disciplines.

Tamara has been involved in the debt restructuring of one of Indonesia’s largest media companies, overseeing a suspension of debt payment in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court for debts totaling around IDR 9 trillion. She also assisted in the restructuring of a condotel developer facing debt suspension proceedings in the same court. Additionally, she conducted legal due diligence for 22 debtor companies of a major Indonesian bank, facilitating a subsequent asset acquisition by a third party, and carried out data compliance assessments for a multinational company, ensuring alignment with the Personal Data Protection Law.
