Erin has more than 11 years of practical professional work experience working for reputable and prominent law firms in Indonesia and as in-house legal counsel in various sectors, such as, F&B, hospitality, properties, plantation, esports, IT, agribusiness, commodity supply chain solutions, and corporate education. Before joining FKNK she was the legal counsel at UnpadEdEx which is a university-backed venture engage in the corporate education business.
Her area of expertise includes general corporate, merger and acquisition transactions, foreign and domestic investment, capital markets, banking and finance, contract management and manpower. she has advised and involved in various complex M&A transactions, international rights issue transaction which requires numerous legal due diligences of companies or assets in relatively condensed timeframe, series A round of investment, setting up ESG compliance preparation, advise on competition law and commercial disputes.
Erin obtained her law degree from Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya University in 2008 and she has also obtained an LL.M in Air and Space Law from Leiden University in 2017.
