She is renowned for her active involvement in Model United Nations organizations and was honored as the Most Outstanding Non-Academic Student of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia in 2022.

Before joining FKNK, Salwa was part of the Advocacy and Policy team at the American Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, she handled a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, foreign employment, and oil and gas. Her significant contributions were highlighted by her assistance to the Advocacy and Policy team in supporting Exxon Mobile with regard to their oil and gas permit in Indonesia.

During her tenure at FKNK as a Junior Associate, Salwa has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance through the following notable achievements:

1. Staff of the Administrator Team in a landmark restructuring case of a State-Owned Enterprise in the airline industry, involving Suspension and Debt Payment Obligation in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court, amounting to a debt of IDR 142 Trillion.
2. Assisting in the Suspension and Debt Payment Obligation of a condotel and apartment company in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court, involving a debt of IDR 390 Billion.
3. Assisting in the restructuring case of a State-Owned Enterprise in the ship industry, involving Suspension and Debt Payment Obligation in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court, with a debt value of IDR 2 Trillion.
