He is a highly experienced litigation and dispute resolution associate who has been a valuable member of FKNK since 2020. Prior to joining FKNK, Raja experienced almost five years of his legal practices working in several prominent law firms. This experience provided him with a solid grounding and valuable knowledge in dispute litigation. He is a licensed advocate from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

With a strong focus on dispute resolution, Raja specializes his practices in criminal law, civil law, suspension and debt payment obligation, environmental law, and other general litigation matters. In addition to his proficiency in dispute resolution, Raja is also well-versed in advising his clients on various manpower law matters.

During his years of practice in FKNK, Raja successfully handled and represented his clients in the following notable works:

1. Advised a well-known joint venture e-commerce company between one of the largest Indonesian telecommunication providers and an American multinational e-commerce company on employment termination issues;
2. Counsel to Indonesia’s largest nickel producer in various dispute resolution matters ranging from criminal law (primarily relating to environmental disputes), civil law, and complex land dispute matters;
3. Staff of the administrator team in the restructuring case of Indonesian saving and loan cooperative involving suspension and debt payment obligation in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court, amounting to a debt of IDR 2 trillion;
4. Staff or the receiver team in a bankruptcy case of the automotive industry in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court, amounting to a debt of IDR 728 billion;
5. Represented a company engaging in property developer as a petitioner in the suspension and debt payment obligation case amounting to IDR 20 billion in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta District Court; and
6. Advised an Indonesian credit distributor and Business-to-Business (B2B), Host-to-Host (H2H) and digital platform service provider in the civil lawsuit and criminal proceedings.
