Holding the position of an Associate Lawyer, he has been actively handling both litigation and non-litigation matters, including criminal law cases, civil law cases, legal audit, bankruptcy/insolvency and suspension of debt payment process, and manpower matters.

During his tenure at FKNK, Hanif has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance through the following notable works:

1. Counsel to Indonesia’s largest nickel producer in various dispute resolution matters ranging from criminal law (primarily relating to environmental disputes), civil law, and complex land dispute matters;
2. Conducting legal due diligence for the largest nickel mining company in regards to an acquisition of 262 hectare land at Central Sulawesi;
3. Staff of the Administrator Team in a restructuring case of a developer company engaged in the residential building, commercial building, and property management, involving suspension of debt payment in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court, amounting to a debt of around IDR 4,7 Trillion;
4. Representing and assisting one of the biggest retail company in Indonesia on industrial relations cases at the Industrial Relations Court at Bandung District Court against labor unions.
