Martino Tando is a Partner of FKNK Law Firm. Martino has the expertise and in depth knowledge of banking and finance transactions, capital markets, and telco practice. He has extensive experience in advising on and executing local and cross border banking and syndicated finance transactions.
Martino obtained his law degree from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2007. Prior to joining FKNK Law Firm, Martino had worked with another reputable law firm, prominent banks and one of the biggest telco companies in Indonesia.
Through his work over the years, he has developed extensive experience and expertise in identifying key legal and commercial issues, analyzing the interests of his clients, and delivering a comprehensive solution for those issues.
He is a licensed Advocate, a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), and a member of the Association of Indonesian Data Protection Practitioners (APPDI).
