Throughout her university journey, she honed a diverse set of both hard and soft skills, thanks to her active involvement in Business Law Society Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia (“BLS FH UI”). At FKNK, she has been a valuable member of the team, contributing her expertise to a wide array of legal areas, including general corporate law, bankruptcy proceedings, debt payment suspensions, and adeptly handling various dispute resolution matters on behalf of our esteemed clients.

Throughout her time at FKNK, Karina has consistently assisted client in several notable cases:

1. Staff of the Administrator Team in debt restructuring case of one of the biggest developer company in Indonesia, involving suspension of debt payment in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court, amounting to a debt of around IDR 4,7 Trillion;
2. Conducting legal due diligence for the largest nickel mining company in regards to an acquisition of 262 hectare land at Morowali, Central Sulawesi;
3. Assisting in the restructuring case of a State-Owned Enterprise in the ship industry, involving Suspension and Debt Payment Obligation in the Commercial Court at Central Jakarta Court;
4. Representing and assisting one of the biggest retail ventures in Indonesia on industrial relations cases at the Industrial Relations Court at Bandung District Court against labor unions.
