Before joining FKNK Law Firm, Gladi was the founding and managing partner of an Indonesian firm that partnered with a Singapore firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financial investments, and joint ventures. His proficiency extends to various business sectors, such as Energy & Mining, Land Transactions, Banking & Finance, Construction, and many others.
The ability to grasp complex legal issues, particularly in corporate and business law, is his strongest asset, enabling him to provide unparalleled legal advice and solutions that safeguard clients’ best interests. Gladi studied at the prestigious Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia and Amsterdam Law School (UvA). He is admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) as an Advocate and has served as a legal advisor to several Chinese companies for their foreign capital investments in Indonesia.
Additionally, he is very well connected with members of Indonesian businessmen associations (HIPMI and KADIN) and is currently active in the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia’s alumni association (ILUNI FHUI) as the head of alumni connections and networking.
