Ferry F. Rajagukguk is a partner at FKNK Law Firm. He started his career in a large firm and brings over 15 years of lawyering experience, including work in both the private and public sectors, as well as in-house with a multinational corporation. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia and his Master’s degree in Business and Transactions from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
As a capital market lawyer, Ferry has experience with a broad range of capital market issues, including mergers and acquisitions of publicly listed companies, restructuring of publicly listed companies, offerings (debt and equity), securities exchange listings (international and domestic), initial public offerings, rights issues, and tender offers. Ferry also serves on the board of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal or HKHPM).
As a legal consultant handling general corporate matters, Mr. Rajagukguk focuses on a broad range of corporate legal issues, particularly mergers and acquisitions. This also includes handling various contract-related issues, procurement (government and private) issues, foreign investment, corporate finance, securities, and mining.
He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He was admitted to the Indonesian BAR in 2009. He is also a lecturer in various economic law subjects at one of Indonesia’s prominent universities.
