Andreas is a qualified Indonesian lawyer with a solid academic background and years of practical experience both in litigation and non-litigation. Andreas is also a team player with reliable communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and has already obtained an advocate license from the Indonesian Bar Association. His works primarily focused on corporate litigation matters, ranging from general defaults, bankruptcy, suspension of debt payment obligations, and arbitration on commercial disputes. In the non-litigation area, Andreas is also involved in many corporate commercial matters, such as advising in debt restructuring, corporate acquisition, data privacy, and intellectual property cases. Currently, Andreas is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Bar Association) and APPDI (Indonesian Data Protection Practitioners Association).


As a lawyer, Andreas has a wide range of exposure from his career and has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance through the following experiences:


  1. Involved in the due diligence of a high-profile subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise with more than IDR 12 trillion debt restructuring case and advised the client regarding extending loan facilities.
  2. Representing the client in the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation at Jakarta Commercial Court, involving a debt value of IDR 700 Billion.
  3. Represented a construction company in filing a default lawsuit against several companies with a total debt value of IDR 20 Billion and succeeded in winning the case.
  4. Representing and assisting one of the biggest retail companies in Indonesia on industrial relations cases against labor unions at Bandung Industrial Relations Court.
