As a corporate lawyer, Adistra has years of experience in handling natural resources and energy business transaction. He has also been primarily involved in general corporate practice, particularly with regard to acquisition projects and compliance, in which he had led various legal due diligence processes along with its subsequent transaction.
Adistra obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Melbourne following his interest in climate change. As such, Adistra possesses vast knowledge in matters relating to renewable energy and sustainable financing. Before joining FKNK, he had a stint in working with a sustainability consulting firm that further expanded his competence in such fields.
